• Progress Data: means Your lesson completion, streaks, and learning progress.
• Service/Services: means the Aurelius app and any related services, features, and content provided by Aurelius.
• Third Party: means any person or entity that is not the App, its creators, or You.
• Third Party Service Provider: means any person or entity that is not You or associated with the App, and that provides services to the App. This includes but is not limited to third party providers used to provide the Service, including but not limited to Our email provider, payment processor and app store operator.
• Usage Data: means Your usage patterns of the App.
• We/Our: means the App, and the creators and operators of the App.
• You/Your: means the user of the App.
• Your Information: means any information collected from You while using the App, including but not limited to Account Information, Personal Information, Journal Entries, and Usage Data.

To provide the Services, We may collect the following information:

• Account Information;
• Device Information;
• Journal Entries;
• Personal Information;
• Progress Data; and
• Usage Data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use Your Information to:

• Provide and maintain the App and the Services;
• Sync Your progress and Journal Entries across devices;
• Send daily wisdom notifications (if enabled);
• Improve App functionality and User Experience;
• Utilise advertising and analytics provided by Third Party Service Providers, including error and bug reporting; and
• Provide customer support.

4. How We Store Your Information

The App stores Your Information with various Third Party Service Providers. In all cases, We seek to share the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the Services. So far as possible, We seek to ensure all information is stored securely and protected with access controls.

We retain Your Information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your Information will be retained until You removing it from the App, delete Your account, You request for it to be deleted, or until We cease providing the Services, whichever occurs first.

In all cases, We seek to share the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the Services.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

Your Information will be handled in accordance with the laws of Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other relevant laws. So far as possible, We seek to comply with other privacy regimes including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
