You retain ownership of Your Journal Entries. By using the App, You grant Us permission to store and process this content to provide the Services.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While We strive for accuracy, We do not guarantee that all philosophical content or features of the App are error-free. The App is for educational purposes only and not professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, arising from Your use of the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Our liability to You is limited to the amount paid by You for the Services or $1 USD, whichever is greater.

Premium is only available to Android users through the Google Play Store. Premium is not available for iOS users.

We may terminate or suspend Your account if You violate these Terms. You may delete Your account at any time through the profile page of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or otherwise void, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved in New South Wales, Australia, in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your account and any backup of Your data. We recommend that You regularly backup Your Journal Entries and other important data. We are not responsible for any loss of Your data due to Your failure to maintain adequate security measures or backups.
We may modify these Terms from time to time in Our sole discretion, and will notify You of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App following posting of the updated Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
